Genes= contain hereditary information

Chromosomes- made of DNA, and found in the nucleus of each cell

DNA- made of genes

Each gene has a separate code.

A single gene can influence more than one trait and more than one trait can be controlled by multiple genes.

Mutation= a change in the sequence of the DNA, which will change the trait.
