AIDS, Cancer, and Disease Research  
 

AIDS: a viral disease that can damage the immune system which leave it unable to deal with antigens or other infections.

-When someone is afflicted with AIDS they are unable to produce antibodies, and thus can not deal with infections or cancer cells within the body.

Cancer: A group of diseases that result from gene mutations. The mutations cause the cells to divide uncontrollably.

-Cancers can be caused by exposure to chemicals and radiation.
